Graceful Designs Returns Policy

At Graceful Designs, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is not a customized or personalized product, as these are non-refundable.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info.gracefuldesignsprints@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. (Return shipping costs may apply.)

  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it. Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing defect.
